Following the ban on importation of rice in Nigeria which has resulted to an alarming increase in the price of rice, a lot of states have gone into rice farming and are currently reaping the harvest and smiling to the bank as well.
One of such states is Anambra State courtesy of the governor Obiano and their rice named Anambra rice is now selling fast in places like Awka, Akwa Ibom, Port Harcourt for N9000 compared to other rice that sells for N20000 per bag.
