Ocholi James is a lawyer and Senior Advocate of Nigeria. He is also a politician and currently the National Deputy Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Congress (APC).He contested the Kogi State governorship race in 2011 on the platform of the defunct Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) and lost to the incumbent. He also sought the APC gubernatorial ticket at the party’s primary election recently and lost to the former governor of the state, Prince Abubakar Audu.
Ocholi attended Ochaja Secondary School, then proceeded to the University of Jos. He finished from the Nigerian Law School in 1986 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar the same year.See pictures from the scene of the accident
